Sunset Pontchartrain Yoga + Karate for kids Every Sunday

Come join us every Sundays @7pm  (weather permitting) for FREE YOGA  CLASS at Bucktown Marsh Boardwalk, Metairie.

 Bring your spouse, children, pets, yoga mat, towel, water bottle and mosquito repellent.

If you’re too shy to join us in person, can’t survive without air conditioning or simply can’t get to us in time we will be also streaming lif .

For Karate kids must wear closed toes tennis shoe . No loose hair for children (long ponytails must be braided/pinned/rolled - safety 1st!!!)
